Shipping policy

Delivery area

We currently deliver within Germany only.
Delivery to other countries is not possible at the moment.

Shipping costs

All prices are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.

Germany: flat rate of €4.90
Free shipping on orders of €60 or more within Germany

Delivery time

Germany: 2–4 working days

Delivery is carried out by reliable shipping providers (e.g. DHL or Hermes).
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number, so you can follow the status of your delivery at any time.

Shipping & packaging

We take care to pack everything carefully and are continuously working to make our shipping processes as efficient and resource-friendly as possible.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of acceptance or failure to collect, additional shipping costs may be charged for re-sending it.
